Meet your All Saints instructors and staff!
Our classroom teachers are certified by Washington state and have at least a bachelor’s degree. Over half of our teachers have master’s degrees, and all exemplify life-long learning by engaging in continual professional development on a yearly basis. All religion teachers are certified catechists. Each day, our teachers help open our students’ minds and hearts to the gospel. They help our students make positive choices, serve others in our community, and live as Jesus did.

Jen Lewis is the proud principal of All Saints Catholic School, serving in administration since 2018. An All Saints Alum, Mrs. Lewis furthered her education at Gonzaga Prep, earned her BA in Sociology at Santa Clara University, and finished her Masters in Teaching at Seattle University.

An All Saints Alum, Mrs. Lewis furthered her education at Gonzaga Prep, earned her BA in Sociology at Santa Clara University, and finished her Masters in Teaching at Seattle University. She earned her Principal Certification from Whitworth University. With 20+ years in Catholic education both in Seattle and Spokane, Mrs. Lewis brings a wealth of experience and passion for an educational ministry that nurtures the whole child in their spiritual growth, academic excellence, and moral development. She believes in the power of gratitude and a positive mindset and especially loves helping students find the good in all things, empowering them with a perspective that begins with, “I get to…”
As a school administrator, Mrs. Lewis is passionate about building relationships based on trust and high expectations. She values a high level of collaboration and communication among her school community. Leading in a complex society, she is always committed to doing what is best for kids. Mrs. Lewis and her staff are dedicated to teaching students how to learn, problem solve, think critically, effectively communicate, and most importantly be a person for others.
In her free time, Jen enjoys spending time in nature with her husband and kids, skiing, cooking, and all things sports.

Alli Robb is in her third year of school administration at All Saints. She says, “Our school and students are dear to my heart. I look forward to continual partnership with families as we guide our children to become faith-filled, knowledgeable, responsible community members.”

I look forward to continual partnership with families as we guide our children to become faith-filled, knowledgeable, responsible community members.” Alli holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Idaho. She also brings nine years of teaching experience in Catholic classrooms to the role. When she is not at school, you’ll find her working in the garden, creating mosaic art, reading with a cat on her lap, and spending time with her favorite people.

Fr. Miguel has been part of the All Saints community for nine years. He was ordained a priest on August 11, 2000 in Spokane by Bishop Skylstad.

Fr. Miguel has been part of the All Saints community for nine years. He was ordained a priest on August 11, 2000 in Spokane by Bishop Skylstad. He has served in several different parishes around our diocese, but Our Lady of Fatima Parish and All Saints Catholic School are Fr. Miguel’s joy.
As a priest, Fr. Miguel tries to reach out to the most needy in our community. As such, he enjoys volunteering around the city, especially at Catholic Charities programs. He has also been involved in prison ministry for the last 20 years.

Fr. Patrick Baraza, Senior Lecturer of Religious Studies, is an ordained priest from the diocese of Kitale, Kenya. He has been teaching in the Religious Studies Department at Gonzaga University since 2005.

Fr. Patrick Baraza, Senior Lecturer of Religious Studies, is an ordained priest from the diocese of Kitale, Kenya. He has been teaching in the Religious Studies Department at Gonzaga University since 2005. Fr. Baraza studied theology at Saint Thomas Aquinas Seminary cum Pontificia Universitas Urbaniana, Rome, Italy (1978-1982). He holds a Bachelor of Divinity (B.Div.) degree, Licentiate (S.T.L.) from Jesuit School of Theology at Berkeley and a doctorate in Theology from the Graduate Theological Union cum University of California Berkeley. Prior to coming to Gonzaga, Baraza taught African studies at Saint Augustine National Seminary at Mabanga, Kenya. Fr. Baraza has served as a chaplain at Saint Mary’s College of California, Moraga, for six years. Fr. Baraza has also been the pastor of St. Ann Catholic Church for the last 12 years. One of Fr. Baraza’s greatest joys is to visit the students at All Saints, celebrating Mass and sharing stories about growing up in Kenya.

Rev. Lucas E. Tomson is a priest of the Diocese of Spokane. He was born and raised in the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene metropolitan area and was ordained in 2007.

Rev. Lucas E. Tomson is a priest of the Diocese of Spokane. He was born and raised in the Spokane-Coeur d’Alene metropolitan area and was ordained in 2007. After earning degrees in philosophy from Whitworth University (2002) and theology from The Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas in Urbe, the Angelicum (2006), he studied patristics at the Pontifical Patristic Institute, the Augustinianum (2007), where he earned his licentiate. Additionally, he earned his doctorate in sacred theology from the Pontifical Lateran University (2019) with a dissertation on St. Augustine.
Father Tomson has served as parochial vicar of Assumption Parish and teacher at DeSales High School in Walla Walla (2007-2009), as well as parochial vicar of Assumption Parish in Spokane (2009-2010) and adjunct faculty member at Gonzaga University (2009), pastor of Our Lady of the Valley Parish in Okanogan (2010-2015), and pastor of St. Thomas More Catholic Student Center and adjunct assistant professor of History at Washington State University in Pullman (2015-2019).
In 2019, he was appointed pastor of St. Peter Catholic Church in Spokane. He has also served as an adjunct professor of theology at St. Patrick’s Seminary in Menlo Park, CA, as well as Bishop White Seminary in Spokane. Among his hobbies are: strength and conditioning, skiing, and enjoying the occasional meal at Republic Pi.

Jessica Criswell grew up in Spokane and joined the All Saints faculty in 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Eastern Washington University in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and recently completed her Master’s Degree. Having attended Catholic Schools all her life, Jessica chose to teach at All Saints because she knows the importance of a Catholic education. “I want to be able to share my faith and values with the children.”

Jolie Monasterio
Jolie Monasterio has been a professional Lay Minister in the Catholic Church since 1986, and holds degrees in Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Spirituality, and Elementary Education, plus certificates in Spiritual Direction, Pastoral Counseling, and Developmental Disabilities Training. She has served the needs of youth of all ages, from preschool to college. Her years of experience in social work provided her with training in social/emotional learning, trauma-informed care, de-escalation skills, and various developmental disabilities. She has facilitated both spiritual and secular workshops and retreats in a number of countries. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her children by traveling, hiking, watching Hallmark Christmas movies, and finding unusual places to drink coffee.

First grade teacher Anne Marie Vogel received a BA in English from Gonzaga University and has completed a Master of Arts in Teaching. She has been a staple in the All Saints community since joining our faculty in 1992. Anne Marie chose to teach at a Catholic school because it allows her to share the truths of her faith without reservation. “Teaching at All Saints allows me to introduce students to so many wonderful truths that they can build upon for the rest of their lives.”

Jenny Dufresne was born and raised in Spokane, graduating from Gonzaga University. Over the last two decades, she has filled several positions at All Saints, primarily in the Primary building: substitute teaching, serving as a classroom aide, and teaching kindergarten, a first/second grade multi-age classroom, and currently, second grade. Her husband is a principal in the Central Valley School District, and together they have two daughters named Dacia and Emilia. She says, “I love second grade and the All Saints community! It is a loving place driven by Catholic faith and values. It feels like home to me!” In her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Janna Michaud
Janna Michaud joined the All Saints Faculty in 2010 as a preschool teacher and has been teaching third grade ever since. She graduated from Gonzaga University with a degree in special education and an endorsement in elementary education. Janna is currently finishing her masters degree in Mind, Brain and Education and is thrilled to apply what she has learned about how the brain works to her teaching. She hopes to foster a love learning in her students through classroom collaboration and most importantly growing in the gifts that God has given. Janna is a mother, wife, and avid reader. In her free time she enjoys being outside and adventuring with her family and friends.

Sophia Crowley was born & raised in Spokane & is a proud All Saints alum. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Portland & began a career in finance. After a few years, she returned to the University of Portland to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching in order to achieve her dream of being a classroom teacher. Sophia previously taught elementary at a Catholic school in Portland before moving home to rejoin the All Saints community in 2023. In her free time she loves to cook, read & spend time with her family. Sophia says, “I am so blessed to be able to serve this incredible community that gave so much to me and I can’t wait to meet you all!”

Mrs. MacKenzie is very excited to join the All Saints community as a fourth grade teacher alongside Mrs. Crowley next year. Originally from St.Louis, Missouri, she and her family have called many places home around the world for the past nine years due to her husband’s job with the U.S. government. They are relocating to Spokane this summer from Kingston, Jamaica! She loves to travel, read, hike, and camp. She says, “I’ve had the pleasure to work as a Catholic school teacher for seven years in St. Louis, the San Francisco bay area, and most recently in Michigan at another All Saints Catholic School! I look forward to meeting you all soon!”

Elizabeth Schultheis majored in Psychoogy at Whitman College before earning a master’s degree and teaching certificate from Gonzaga University. She began teaching at All Saints in 1991, then stayed home to raise her sons, John and Joseph. Elizabeth then returned to the All Saints community and currently teaches fifth grade. Of her students she says, “My main goal for them is to help create strong relationships with each other and with God. I want them to experience kindness, support, playfulness, and positive attitudes in a safe, loving, accepting, and challenging classroom.”
Elizabeth said she chose to teach at All Saints and to enroll her sons here because “I wanted to be a part of a school that LIVES its faith.” According to Elizabeth, “We all work together as a family to educate the children in all aspects of their lives — academic, spiritual, emotional, physical, and social.”

Mr. Ward is very excited to join the All Saints community as a 5th grade teacher! Growing up in an Air Force family, Martin has lived all over the United States, eventually landing here in Spokane. He completed his teaching program through Eastern Washington University in 2021, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in education with an endorsement in Social Studies. As the second of seven children, he’s used to a little chaos in his life. His philosophy is, “When you approach life with joy and excitement, you see the beauty of God’s creation, and every wonderful thing He put here.” Martin recently married, and in his free time plays board games, paints models, runs pencil-and-paper role playing games, and generally any other self-proclaimed “nerdy” thing you can think of.

It’s a welcome home for our “new” middle school science teacher, Sean Bailey. Mr. Bailey is a veteran teacher of 30 years, 24 being in Spokane Catholic Schools (18 years at All Saints). Sean has taught the last six years in Jamaica, Singapore, and with ESD 101. He has taught almost every subject and grade three to nine, but confides that middle school science/STEM is his favorite, by far. He enjoys travel adventures, home improvement projects, outdoor recreation activities such as hiking, camping, boating, and fishing. He also loves spending time with family and friends, especially his two year old granddaughter, Eila.

Nicole was born and raised in Spokane and attended All Saints through eighth grade. She earned a B.A. in Elementary Education with a Middle School Math Endorsement from Eastern Washington University. She has taught middle school math and worked for the state of Montana. She loves to spend time with her three young children and enjoys outdoor activities like swimming, hiking, biking, and camping. She says, “I always knew I wanted to be a teacher. I am so excited to be back in Spokane and back at All Saints Catholic School!”

Lauren Elder proudly attended Catholic school through high school before choosing Gonzaga University for college. She graduated in 2009 with a B.A. in English and completed Secondary Teacher Certification (6-12). Following this, Lauren began teaching in a Catholic middle school while earning a Masters of Education degree and an additional Reading endorsement from the University of Portland. She continued to teach in Catholic middle and high schools in the Seattle area before moving to Spokane and joining the All Saints Middle School faculty in 2020. All three Elder children are now proud All Saints Crusaders as well! After the school day is done, Lauren loves playing in volleyball leagues and tournaments, reading, and going swimming with her family.
Lauren is also the Liturgical Music Coordinator for Mass and loves this opportunity to lead our community in song!

Mitchell is a born and raised Spokanite who also attended St. Thomas More Catholic School. Prior to completing his teacher certification program through Eastern Washington University he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Economics from Lewis-Clark State College. He also earned a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Strategic Organizational Communication from Gonzaga University. He says, “I am beyond excited to be at All Saints Catholic School on this new adventure in education. Now that my extended family has 9 children between the ages of 0 – 5, I realize that I always want to be involved in education.” When not at school, Mitch enjoys everything to do with the outdoors whether it is fly fishing, hiking, or playing sports.

Mrs. Velasco is an art teacher from Albuquerque, NM. She graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BFA in Studio Art and a MA in Art Education and has experience teaching K-12 students in the classroom setting. She also works as a professional artist. Mrs. Velasco recently moved to Spokane with her husband and two dogs and were blessed with a beautiful baby boy in July 2023. When not in school, she enjoys spending time with family and going on hikes. She says, “I believe education is key to empowering today’s youth, so they’ll feel confident in their future careers, relationships, and responsibilities as members of their community.

A Spokane native, Shannon Hooper is a Washington state licensed school counselor providing student support in social, emotional, and academic areas.
Ms. Hooper studied Biochemistry as an undergraduate and worked in a clinical pathology laboratory before realizing her true calling is supporting mental health and establishing frameworks in educational settings that nurture both psychological health and personal development. Following her passion, she attended Whitworth University to earn a master’s degree in school counseling and equip herself with the skills to guide students towards a future of comprehensive well-being. In her free time, she loves sunshine, paddleboarding and stand-up comedy. She also enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her very spoiled cat!

Jeanne Adolfson has worked at the All Saints Primary Building for over ten years in the classroom, as an aide, in the Extended Care Program, and now as our Reading Resource teacher. Jeanne graduated from Bemidji State University with degrees in Speech, Theater, and Technical Illustration/Commercial Design. Jeanne and her husband have three grown children who all attended All Saints. In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys making quilts and designing quilt patterns. Filled with faith, love, and joy, it is her sincere hope to make a difference in each child’s life.

Physical Education teacher Sheri Rasmussen is a staple in the All Saints community, having taught here since 1998. She graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Physical Education. Sheri wants her students to learn that attaining skills and learning healthy wellness activities is fun. She says, “Teaching proper habits now can change the statistics for health problems later.” When she’s not teaching, Sheri, ever the sports enthusiast, enjoys riding her bike, swimming in lakes, ice skating, and visiting family.

Mary is delighted to begin her teaching career as a K-8 music teacher at All Saints. She attended Assumption School and Gonzaga Prep with her twin brother, and she recently graduated with a B.A. in Music Education from Gonzaga University. While at Gonzaga, she sang in choir and adventured on a choir tour to Florence, Italy. A dedicated fan of musical theatre, Ms. Browne has been involved throughout her life with the Missoula Children’s Theatre and Christian Youth Theater. In her spare time, you might find her tap-dancing, playing piano and guitar, writing original songs, journaling in a local coffee shop, or spending time in nature. Ms. Browne looks forward to bonding with the All Saints community through the performing arts!

Having been a teacher at the All Saints Preschool for 13 years, Amy is now the Preschol Director. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Elementary Education and majored in reading with a minor in early childhood education. “It is such a great feeling to be able to teach in a school and share your faith,” says Amy. “I look forward to teaching the preschoolers about God and how Jesus taught us to live and love.” Mrs. Kelly is also a parent of four All Saints alumni! In her spare time, Amy loves taking her dog Charley on long walks and traveling with her family.

Anna says, “I feel blessed to have the opportunity to be a part of the team here at All Saints. It makes my heart happy to get to work with the preschool kids!” Originally from Seattle, Anna attended Catholic schools her entire life and graduated from Seattle University with a B.S. in Nursing. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Seattle Children’s Hospital and at Shriners Hospital here in Spokane for more than a decade before leaving that career to raise her family. Anna has been involved with All Saints as a parent, volunteer, and volleyball coach for the past 5 years.

Logan Webbenhurst joined All Saints in June 2023 as the Director of Mission Advancement. Logan studied political science at Washington State University, graduating in 2016 and is a die hard WSU Cougar fan. He has an extensive background in fundraising, event management, and community relations. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter and dog as well as running and spending time working on the yard. In addition to serving as the Director of Mission Advancement, Mr. Webbenhurst also enjoys coaching Basketball and Baseball for All Saints in his free time. “I have always felt called to help others in my community and I am excited to be able to serve the All Saints community for many years to come!”

Megan Drake
Megan is an invaluable member of our Mission Advancement team, making a significant impact on our fundraising and community-building efforts. She is highly skilled in coordinating and managing volunteers, acting as a liaison to the parishes, and providing essential support to our teachers and students. In addition to her role in Mission Advancement, Megan serves as the Operations Manager for our two campuses, overseeing the day-to-day operations that keep the school and its facilities running smoothly. With a background in restaurant management, customer service, and event management, Megan brings a wealth of experience to her roles. As an alumna of All Saints and a graduate of Gonzaga Prep and Gonzaga University, she is a proud product of Catholic education. Megan is also a current parent of two wonderful All Saints students and enjoys traveling and camping with family and friends. “I love the All Saints community and feel blessed to continue to serve it. I look forward to building new relationships and friendships as we work together for the success of our students and their families.”

Carolynn McNaughton has been part of All Saint’s community since 1999 when her eldest son Sean started Kindergarten. Both her sons attended and graduated from All Saints. She joined us full time in 2012. Carolynn says, “I’ve been part of All Saints’ community now for 24 years, including 19 years as an employee. Wow! How time flies. Although we’ve faced some challenging times recently, it is these times that make me realize just how special our All Saints community is and what a blessing it is to be able to watch our students grow and take on the world.”

Carolyn Foltz first joined the All Saints community as a parent when her oldest daughter began Kindergarten in 1999. She joined our staff in 2001, the year her youngest daughter started 1st grade. “All Saints is such a blessed and tight-knit community. It’s wonderful to be surrounded by staff, adminstrators and families who truly care for and look out for one another.” Recently Carolyn has enjoyed reconnecting with many alums who are now enrolling their own children at All Saints. When not behind the desk you’ll find her with her nose in a book, digging in her garden or spending time with her two-year-old granddaughter!

Bob Zins joined All Saints as the Bookkeeper on July 1, 2023. Bob was born and raised in Great Falls, Montana, he graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelors of Business Administration/ Accounting. A longtime supporter of our school, Bob’s six children all attended All Saints Catholic School. Bob and his wife have lived in Spokane since 1977, when he moved here to work for a public accounting firm, from which he retired in 2022.

Emily Chapman has been around Our Lady of Fatima since 1994. During that time, she has learned almost everything there is to know about our campus. In 2020, Emily took over the Director of Maintenance position. Since that point, she has continually endeavored to make sure that all aspects of our campus are up and running and provide a safe and inviting place for students and parishioners alike. Outside of work, Emily enjoys tinkering around her house and looks forward to finding new ways to explore the world with her children.

Sandy is the Facilities Manager at St. Peter Catholic Parish and the All Saints primary campus where she has worked since 2020. She keeps everything in good working order including maintenace, groundskeeping, and cleaning assistance. As for her life outside of work, she raised a beautiful daughter who is now 37 and has two wonderful teenaged granddaughters. Her hobbies include road trips, camping, bbqs, and family time. She has also played softball (Womens and Coed) for more than 50 years! She now looks forward to another wonderful school year with the school staff and students at All Saints!

Tammy first joined All Saints as a parent in 2016, when her family moved to Spokane from Idaho for her two boys to attend All Saints. She has volunteered in every capacity at our school and currently runs our library at our Primary Building. She also recently started working at Our Lady of Fatima! She has been driving our Shuttle Bus since 2021.
