1. APPLICATION

First, Contact us for a school tour!

During the application process, we will ask for:

  • Recent report card
  • Recent standardized test scores, as applicable
  • Disclosure of any special circumstances or learning needs
  • Contact information from a recent teacher to complete a Teacher Recommendation Form

When an applicant has completed these steps, the leadership team will review the file to ensure we are a good fit for your family, and vice versa. Note that if the grade level is currently full, students may be added to a waitlist.

2. REGISTRATION

After approval, you may begin the registration process: 

  • Create a FACTS SIS Profile

  • Complete the FACTS Tuition Management Section

  • Apply for Tuition Assistance, if needed

  • Submit Signed Tuition Agreement

  • Submit Immunizations Form

  • Submit Registration Fee

Transfer Students

We offer open enrollment year-round for transfer students, based on space and availability. K – 8 transfer students will be required to complete an application and assessment before receiving registration paperwork.

Prospective Preschool and Kindergarten Students

The Preschool and Kindergarten application process includes:

  • Contact us for a school tour
  • Complete registration through Sycamore
  • Enroll in the FACTS Tuition Management System
